I have a vast and varied experience in the construction and property industries and has been involved in a large variety of projects and provided all aspects of Quantity Surveying from inception to project finalisation.
I formed Kwenzi in 2021 to provide exceptional, proactive and collaborative cost management and quantity surveying in the Australian market. I believe that providing accurate and current information is vital to the decision-making process embedded in all projects.

I am an experienced professional adept at leading and drawing out the strengths of diverse teams to tackle clients' requirements especially relating to property transactions. I thrive on collaborating with individuals from various backgrounds, including accountants, tax specialists, quantity surveyors, building engineers and sustainability specialists. My passion lies in harnessing the collective expertise of these professionals with that of our clients and driving towards a common goal. My specialties include fixed asset consulting, capital expenditure forecasting, tax depreciation and capital allowances.
Andrew Chew

I am skilled in all aspects of Quantity Surveying and cost management providing construction cost advice across the full project life cycle from master planning and feasibility studies, through design delivery phases and project delivery. I have provided Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments across major REIT portfolios.
I specialise in preparing capital allowances and tax depreciation schedules for acquisitions and ongoing capital expenditure projects. I have provided schedules for portfolios that include aged care, student accommodation, hotels, industrial, office and retail assets.
